IFSTO is committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. We will not charge you for the App or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

The IFSTO App stores and processes the personal data you have provided to us, in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device’s official operating system. It can make your phone vulnerable to malware/virus/malware, jeopardize your phone’s security features and may mean that the IFSTO app will not work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that IFSTO will not be responsible for. Some functions of the App will require the App to have an active internet connection. The connection can be via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but IFSTO cannot be held responsible for an app that is not fully functional if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and you do not have any data allowance left.

If you use the App outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile service provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the App, or other third-party charges. When using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including data roaming charges if you use the App outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the App, please be advised that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the App.

By the same token, IFSTO cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app, i.e. you need to make sure that your device stays charged – if the battery runs out and you cannot turn it on to utilize the service, IFSTO cannot accept responsibility. (IFSTO cannot accept responsibility.

Regarding IFSTO’s liability for your use of the App, when using the App, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is up-to-date and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. IFSTO assumes no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, suffered by you as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the App.

At some point, we may want to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you will need to download updates if you want to continue using the app. IFSTO does not warrant that it will always update the App so that it is suitable for you and/or works with the version of Android and iOS that you have installed on your device. However, the you undertake to always accept app updates when they are offered to you. We may also want to stop providing the app. We may terminate its use at any time without notice to you. unless we tell you otherwise. On any termination. (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms terminate; (b) you must stop using the App. and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
